He's basically saying what you did to create the still images for your signature, and completely nailed it. Make one using little or no filters, and try to hide the filters that you use.

I'm with spazz on this one. Try using something that doesn't require 2 clicks to get the design. Clouds>Difference Clouds>Neon Glow. (Thats a no no)
