Not sure if its because of the quality or something but for some reason there is still some white on a black background

I'm working on removing all the white that remains when on a black border, you can still give supermousie the credits when I finish though

I had to upload it to a site for download, since it's a large enough filesize for imgur to make it a jpg with a white background, which ruins the whole point. So yeah, this should work on a black background.
