    [Apple] Live Photo I did not take

    Alright so when I came back to the US last year my dad helped me get a phone and pressured me into getting an iPhone. Sure, fine, gotta have a phone. I get an iPhone 8.

    Just now I’m looking through my photos and find this picture of someone I have never seen, allegedly taken a town over. The picture is also somewhat unsettling.

    I guess what I wanna know is, is this a normal/known issue?
