Maybe I should do the same. I can't decide. I wish there was only 1 option or 1 was obviously superior in all aspects.

I should probably just get neither for awhile as I have a boatload of expenses right now.

calling it now 10 years later either

                a. vr headsets bad for eyes gives cancer or some bs
                b. vr headsets used for scanning iris
                c. vr headsets notes where your eyes move to help sell to advertisers

new tech that uses internet and willy jam jingle stuff is never in our interests it seems like tbh

That's not a very huge reach at all Snapps, the last two at least. I'm sure there will be cases of prolonged use, but it will not be hard at ALL for google to have analytics based on eye movement, analytics on what the focal points of ads are, etc. In fact I bet it will be ingrained into every ad they put out if they can manage it. Why wouldn't you want those stats, as an advertiser?

A lot of that kind of analysis already goes into market research so it seems natural really.

On another note I tried google cardboard at my brothers house, pretty cool, not bad for the cheapo rig that it is! Still had a lot of fun with it for what it is.
