    0 in the simfile creating.

Pardon my lazyness but I'm to lazy to search the entire forum to look for the answer to my question. How many seconds or fraction of a second is 0? When creating a simfile for FFR.

    ...It's zero.
I watched clouds awobbly from the floor o' that kayak. Souls cross ages like clouds cross skies, an' tho' a cloud's shape nor hue nor size don't stay the same, it's still a cloud an' so is a soul. Who can say where the cloud's blowed from or who the soul'll be 'morrow? Only Sonmi the east an' the west an' the compass an' the atlas, yay, only the atlas o' clouds.

I didn't ask if it was a zero or not.I asked how many seconds or a fraction of second is a one "0" in the stepchart. You know, like 000406055089. How much does each "0" stand for?

Why the hell are you making stepfiles in NotePad? Use StepMania's editor.
