so I've been trying out all the new settings and craziness like that...(stealth = whoa.)

anyway, other than it being cool and challenging, does selecting different modes do anything else? i.e. modify the score/credits? just wondering...

It may affect the score and credits only in the indirect way of affection how you play. (making you better or worse to get more or less credits)

Welcome back. It may affect your overall performance that's all. If you do good playing with regular arrows and no mods then keep it that way,if you want to have fun then use some mods. It's all the same just harder for yourself.
