A beginner's Guide to FFR (Songs)

Hello Everybody My Name is Jprox445
I am creating this thread for the sole purpose of giving newcomers a good start with some fun and easy files and gradually raising the Difficulty bar over time.

---------------------------------------------------
Hello Newcomer Welcome to the insanity we call FFR!

If this is your first time here and you've made your account already, you probably want to play some songs right?

Well I am here to give you a list of fun enjoyable and easy songs for you to play to get used to the game, I will Dedicate this to songs all the way to difficulty (12)

The first thing you need to know as a newcomer, is that you need to set that speed mod!
you may have seen some replays and thought "Woah! that was really fast!"
but trust me it is a good way to start off knowing how to handle a good tempo/speed.

I Suggest that you raise your Speed mod to at least (1.5) it is a good starting speed and will make the files I list much more fun to play!

mmmm, great thread idea :J

I suggest the difficulty 4 song Love to the list. It's a short song, with a catchy melody and slowly introduces the player to hitting jumps (important!). I "love"d this song when I began FFR, as it was the staple song that slowly transitioned me into the next level of difficulty.

Good idea Jprox but maybe even covering all the difficulties in general and even then noting songs to practice patterns, Linking to the FAQ, Linking to the picture dictionary would all be great additions to your post. Also throw a link to the standalone info in there please.

Thanks Middie :3 I was actually thinking of that but wasnt sure if I was aloud to do that

Picture dictionary was the first thing i want with this, Standalone is a good idea too since not alot of people know how to find it.

Wait, Forsaken Neon got bumped to 10? About damn time. 14 tps streams/trills is over the top for a 9. (Also, Shihen and Purple have streams that are about that fast.)

I'd suggest Bit Blue for 10s, as it gives you two things: Jump trills and hands, as well as more elaborate jump chains.

A quick tip. If you want to deliberately show tags in your post or if you want to prevent certain character sequences from appearing, you can use the tag's.

For example, using those tag's, you would get:
>:D

instead of:
>
