Veteran: A person who has had long experience in a particular field.

A. Grand total above 3,000,000,000 is enough evidence to show you understand the game; you have experience.

B. The member length of 3 years is to ensure you understand how the site runs and that you understand the rules.

No one cares if you get 20,000,000,000 in one month, or if you made an account in 2002 and didn't come back till now, there is two requirements for obvious reasons.
