Just above the combo, but my eyes flick to the left and right in accordance to the arrows appearing. If the arrows are faster than my eyes can follow, I just kind of zone out and go into 'autopilot like smitty. :P

About a centimeter above where it shows your accuracy, and slightly to the right. Sometimes, usually when the song is really long, I just stare straight at my accuracy.
So all I see most of the time is:
perfect perfect perfect perfect perfect perfect perfect
perfect perfect perfect perfect perfect perfect perfect
perfect perfect perfect perfect BOO! MISS! AVERAGE
BOO! BOO! GOOD perfect perfect perfect perfect
and after i fucc up I begin to look back to the upper middle, slightly to the right section.
I usually would look in the middle or 2/3rds up before the arrows hit the receptors. However, sometimes there are sections of the song in which I want to be more sure of my accuracy, and so I'd actually look very close to the receptors to see exactly where the arrows will land. This is also useful if you're trying to play a song with arrows that aren't in sync with the music.
