What are some songs to practice for people new to index?

it doesnt really matter, as long as it helps me get used to jumpstreams and such.

although tbh all songs can be index friendly (I flagged L9 index once) so keep practicing!

This but to save you a good deal of time:

A good deal of the songs difficulty 7 and lower are index friendly.

Some higher level ones:
CIA Rave
Uber Rave V2
Ivaltek
Klung Kung 2004
{Rose}
{Midnight}
Szamár Madár
Choprite
Lawn Wake (The D2 one)
Strange Program

Jumpstream songs that COULD be indexed:
{Frozen}
Silence
Not to sure about this one: Hey Hey Monkey (Though this file is imho: Sheer garbage)

But yeah. Jumpstream is generally very anti Index unless you're like TC_Halogen who is/was (not sure) stupid good at it.
