I dont really understand the tier points system. I currently only have 27 AAA's but do AAA's even add to tier points. My points are 0 and what does it mean when it says:

(4)- AAA (2,163,800)
(3)- 5 or fewer (2,162,425)
(2)- 15 or fewer (2,159,675)
(1)- 40 or fewer (2,152,800) +1,557,270

what does 5 or fewer or 40 or fewer mean? and what does the +1,557,270 mean?

The 40 or fewer means a Full combo with 40 goods or fewer, rest perfects. A score that is better than perfects-40-0-0-0 would give you at least 1 point by that scale.
perfs-18-5-0-5 would be worth 1 tier point

+1,557,270 means you need that much more score to get the next tier point on that song.
The AAA bonus is 0 for way too long. Until you AAA like all songs of difficulty 7 and under dont expect to get any.

You should stick to songs you can FC until you get good enough to FC 10s+ with reasonable accuracy.

You get your first tier point for AAAs at about 350 or so.. Which is total AAAs
Mainly I suggest not even attempting tier points. Tiers are made for the extreme upper class of players.
They'll keep getting harder and harder because the Tier system revolves around 3 players basically...

Alek - 3 players? Lol I have over 520 tier points as well does many others lol It's made for people who can do FMO's and up lol

The tie(Why I am reposing this is beyond me, enjoy deleting it again though)er point system isn't really worth anything anymore. Most of us can skim level ranks and see everything PA wise - so it really has no use other than wasting space. Though I never really saw a point to it before now anyways.

Perfect = 550 points
Good = 275 points
Average = 55 points
boo = -20 points
miss = -310 points
combo = 1000 * combo points

For instance:



Perfects: 1227 * 550 = 674,850
Goods: 6 * 275 = 1650
Averages: 1 * 55 = 55
Boos: 2 * -20 = -40
Misses: 0 * -310 = 0
Combo: 1234 * 1000 = 1,234,000

Add them all together and get: 1,910,515
