I got both requirements to be a veteran, but I'm not one yet. Do I need to do something else more than the time and grand total thing?

It doesn't change automatically, a mod/amin has to do it for you, I believe. Just be patient, they'll come across this thread (if only you had placed it in the FFR profiles board, though ;P)

To get the full name you need to go into user group settings and change it there.Comment
