I didn't read the rules as closely as I should have, and now I can't find them again! Very tragic.
I want to know what the rules are for profile pictures, what to do and not do. If someone would be so kind as to either link me to all the rules or summarize it for me here, I would be very grateful.

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 200 by 200 pixels or 488.3 KB (whichever is smaller).

And don't post anything that qualifies as porn.
