Click the background/style editor button, and the big box should pop up showing you all the settings for colors, background images, header images, and borders.
And for each separate page element (Gameplay stats, comment wall, etc) there is a button at the corner for each of them named Style Editor. Click it, and the same type of settings box should pop up.
