Im new.. just wondering if theres anyway to slow down the speed.. if not.. how am i suppsed to learn even like.. difficulty 6 songs, cant keep upw ith all the colors.

Hmmm, slow the speed? What do you mean? Your speedmod?
And the best way to learn hard songs for you is playing them time after time, until you get used to them. Well, worked for me.

Actually, it's much better if you INCREASE the speedmod. The further apart the arrows are, the less effort it takes to keep track of where you are and figure out what a blob of arrows on the screen corresponds to, in space and time. Once you've hit your 'sweet spot' (which you can normally push into the 1.5-2.0x range) then you'll settle into a groove of starring half way up the screen and reflexively hitting every arrow that passes.

As for playing denser charts, practice.

Thanks.. must just be beacuse im new and i do see the improvement as i go but.. idk some of them just seem way out of my anytime soon league. guess ill just keep practicing! and will give the speed upgradfe a try

Oh, that's normal. When you start out, you'll think anything with 16th notes in it is insane god tier and how could anyone ever do this etc. But you'll learn in time.
Also, make sure you're using two hands. Much much much easier.

Yes, Multiplayer is down right now. The site was down for a long time and many things had to be restored. MP will be fixed very soon though, don't worry!
