You'll have to use a screen recorder program.
I'm not sure which one is the best, so I'll just throw out a bunch of ones I know exist:
-Fraps
-Hypercam
-BSR Screen Recorder

If you're talking about FFR, then Fraps will not be an option for you.Comment
