F5 doesn't works

i tried all i could,my keyboard is brand-new, (yup,i got it this morning.) and still, F5 doesn't works.

Is there something i've got to debug? ...plz don't tell me it's my keyboard,'cause anyway, it never worked at home,but at the battle.net center it always WILL work,what in the world?

Do you really need it ?

and yeah, I think it's your keyboard. Try another one and see if it does the same thing. If not, it's your keyboard.
