I add some people on here, then like the next day at the top right it says I have a new friend. I click on it, then it goes to my whole list and I don't know who the new person is. How do you know who your new friend(s) are?

memorize your friend list since you have 49 right now. then when you see someone accepted your friend invite, look through your friends list and whoever you dont recognize, they are your new friend!

I only add people who I talk to for long periods of time. I don't see the purpose of having a lot of friends if you don't talk to them.
