Depends on what tokens you're talking about.
If they're site tokens, the information to obtain them directly isn't to be talked of on the forums, or anywhere on the site of that matter.
But there are posts on each of the site tokens as to how you can find them if you can figure out the clues; Site Tokens
As for skill tokens, the qualifications to get each skill token can be found here; Skill TokensI R NEED SIGNATURE.
