Re: why dont my replays work?
The replays are a bit "glitchy." If from what I hear is correct, the replays don't register averages and boos, or at least if you get too many the replay will count it as a miss. (Someone please correct me if I am wrong) So basically if you mash FC a song (Hitting all four arrows at the same time rapidly just to FC it) The replay will show a lot of misses. -
Re: why dont my replays work?
Its called av-misses.
Dont bother, cause nothing you do can fix it.

Re: why dont my replays work?
elaborating...
av-misses are short for average-misses. Back in the olden days when I was a young padawan
in FFR, there were annoying wreckers of FFR called av-misses. An av-miss was generally caused by a 3-framer jack or lower. (2,1,0-framer) What that means is that the same arrow was to be hit twice in a row very quickly. Nowadays, the av-miss glitch is fixed, but back before they were fixed, the best you could get on a 3-framer jack was a good and a perfect. On a 2-framer, if you hit the jack perfectly perfect, it would give you a perfect, an average, a miss, and a boo. (IIRC, that perfect might not be totally right, but the average, miss, and boo are right.) So naturally, people got pissed at these av-misses because they were hitting the jacks perfectly, but getting a miss for it. Then one day, the chivalrous Xelius came and fixed the av-misses, forging the foundation for FFR as we know it today. But the replays were never fixed and still include av-misses, so the legacy lives on. DUN DUN DUNNNN.
In shortened terms: That replay shows how you would have done on that same song with that same play if there were still avmisses in FFR.

So my answer is: Tough, you have to live with it for now.
