Gaining Songs

How do you unlock the unavailable songs? I know you can buy songs with your credits but what about all the ones that say Not Available? Are those even songs or just empty spaces and if they are songs how do you get them?

You can only unlock songs in the Secret section by credit count

You need aprox 400 to see them all right now
