OK. So I was playing a song on FFR, on my new(er) account, and I noticed, after I completed the song my rank was 'undefined'. When I went back to the song selection screen my rank and score were also wrong. I realized I had been logged out of my account. When I went to log back in, it wouldn't let me, and said that my password and/or username was incorrect. After this I was prompted to give them my registered E-Mail address, which I did. It has been over 24 hours and I still haven't gotten a password change E-Mail. I also sent an E-Mail to the webmaster asking for assistance. I have not received a reply from them either. What I want to know is, is my profile lost forever? Is there any way that I may have overlooked any possible way to recover my lost/stolen password? Has my account been banned? Should I quit worrying about this profile and just make a new one?
