Error Submitting File

Every time I attempt to submit this file, an error occurs that I don't know how to correct.

So here, two weeks later, I tried to upload a second file completely different from the other, yet I got the same error. Both of these files were previously uploaded by me using a different account, Matsuo Shun. Can someone please try to resolve this issue?

And if this thread would do better in another section, by all means move it.
