does anyone know how to prevent panicing when im playing FFR? i see a new song ive never played before and, i almost FC it but i panic, and get tons of BOO's and Misses. this is my example. any help for me? LOL! (i need an anti panic pill XP)

My hands just get really shaky when I am doing good at a hard song (usually only happens for FGO or FMOs) But as everyone else says its just a game even though i do get pissed off because of my shaky hands, I got some hard bf's because of it :/ .
