Can You Make Songs?

Hi, I'm not new to this game; I've been playing it for over a year. I was just wondering if you could design your own FFR level, like you control what song is playing and what arrows appear at what time and everything. You pretty much make it. Is there any way to do this? 'Cause I'm not exactly in love with the songs they have right now.

Make sure you have permission to use the songs etc.

We can only use songs that we have explicit permission from the artist (or are so old as to be uncopyrighted), btw. see http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...d.php?t=106877 for details

however if you're just stepping it for non ffr-the-game use you can of course use any song you like.

That's the easiest way. In fact, stepmania is actually very easy to use. You just have to get used to it. Once you know all the shortcuts and stuff, it's very quick and very efficient. It's the best way.

you could make a ditty with the assist clap I guess

then you go into the course editor and add in effect noises to accompany the clap

Nah, even that wouldn't work. That would be cool though, assigning a note quantization and an actual letter/number to correspond with the octave and specific note you want. XD

Back on topic: Use Stepmania. It may look intimidating to use at first, but using it is really easy.
