I would need you to clarify by what you mean about shortcut keys.
If you are talking about shortcuts to selecting individual songs, there is a small 's' icon beside the quality button where you can look into. In it contains the list of songs from most genres of the game.
A 'favourite' idea had been suggested in the past, where we would be able to refer back to our most favoured songs without the hassle of searching for the song you want. It has yet to be implemented.
If I didn't help, I suggest you look into the FAQ and search for answers there. It lists all the options and features of the game, but I cannot recall anything related to shortcut keys.
