Is everybody allowed to upload Simfiles to FFR?

If so, how do I?

Are you talking about uploading your own charts into FFR: The Game? Or are you talking about putting them so that people can play in Stepmania?

If you are thinking about putting them in FFR, you have to be sure that the song you stepped has the proper artist permissions. You can check that here. Once you have seen that your song has the proper permissions, and you want to send it, read this for more information on the specific format of how to send.

If you want to upload your simfile so that people can play it on Stepmania, go here and then click on "Upload". Fill in all of the information, and you are all ready to go.
