Well, do you play with two hands or one hand? "Spread" is where you play using the keys "askl", or something similar. Speedmods are just the 1x, 1.5x, 2.0x that you can choose in the options that controls how fast the arrows move on the screen.

He means when you play FFR the game, how do you put your fingers when you play? Do you use 1 or 2 hands to play. Do you leave the arrows on normal speed or do you speed them up to say 1.25x.
