I'm new to the forums, but I'm a one hander who's been cruising around 10,000 in rank for like a year now. I've been thinking about doing a tournament, am I good enough?

Personally, to be brutally honest.

You need a lot more practice as a one hander to make it far in the tournament.

You could always try it out for fun though.
What do you have to lose?

Join a beginners tournament. And or any tourney. You'll just get placed in the beginner division. Unless you meant to host a tournament. If that's the case, you're good to go!
