How do I add url link to forum sig...

How would I add a url link in my forum signature but instead instead of a normal url, it says a word or something of your choice and it links to the url.
Help?

You can also link to pictures (like above )
(url=link to place)(img)image location(/img)(/url)

Just replace all of the ( )s with [ ]s.
