I have had an account here for a little bit, but i recently just stated getting back into this game. Right now I am AAA the level one songs. I play on a MacBook so my arrow keys are really small. Is there any way that I can play with the "W,A,S,D" keys?

Yes. After opening FFR the Game, click on the Settings tab that's in red. There's a key remapper; you can change the left-down-up-right arrows to the W-A-S-D layout. I would recommend you play with two hands instead of one to improve faster, but it's your choice.
