If we have permission from the artist and the song, then someone will be able to step it and maybe have it accepted into the game.

Or, you can make your own steps for StepMania and play it whenever you want, without having to get permission or someone to step it.

We do, in fact, have Ronald Jenkees permission for FFR.
Just no one has bothered stepping his songs yet. (a shame if you ask me)
