Secret Arrows

Can someone please explain to me what secret arrows are? I see it come up in the forum a lot. Thanks.

Ok the secret arrows are glitched arrows that happen in a song, if you hit one it gives you another arrow. It is kind of hard to explain how to hit them so I won't tell you. Also Synthlight is removing them next update I think.
