    adobe intrusion?

Norton AntiVirus caught some kind of worm on my computer when I loaded ffr... it said it was "HTTP Adobe SWF Remote Code Exec" and it said it was from 208.53.158.11. That's ffr, right? I'm scared to play now...does anyone know what this is?

I'm not completely sure but that doesn't look like anything harmful at all and most likely just Norton being paranoid.

Well, I think the only problem here is that you're using Norton =P. It's most likely not a real attack, just some kind of minor Flash bug or something that Norton is interpreting as being malicious.

You can just ignore it, but if you're still worried, just upgrade to the newest version of Flash, which addresses this very issue.

Personally I think if you just use NoScript with FF3 and you're smart about it you won't get any viruses. It's what I do and the only time I ever got a virus is when I tried downloading Auto-CAD which I knew was a potential virus but I needed to finish a project badly...I lost everything T_T.
