On the top forum bar, you should see a button labeled "User CP". Click that.
Then you will come to a page with a menu on the left. About halfway down that menu is a button labeled "Edit Signature", click that. You'll come to a page with an empty box. Go ahead and put whatever you want for your sig in that box, and click the "Save Signature" button located towards the bottom of the page.

That should do it!

What are you going to make your signature? There is a size limit, so remember that.
