I keep uploading my simfile and the song just sounds off. Another problem I have is that I can't be stepped online. Can someone help me out please?

Uhm....
You can't step a simfile online. You can only do that offline within Stepmania.
Handy tip: You can't step yourself online, either.
I wouldn't rely on Resonance to play your simfile anyway. You'd be better off downloading it and playing it, again, within Stepmania.

IceLancer, there is a known problem with the syncing in Resonance. It's not your fault.
The sync on your song is fine in StepMania.Comment
