    Back!

    Well a little about myself...

Been playing ddr for years starting about 5 years ago and about one year into it I mastered all the songs and got into stepmania and got pretty good at it as well. A little over 2 years ago i quit and recently got back into it with ffr mainly because of being able to play spread again and the speed mods...

Since I am a newbie again a few quick questions...

Right now I'm playing at x3 speed because it is the most comfortable because of me being use to reading at c800(stepmania) I often miss notes because of small lag spikes even though I have a good cable connection and a decent computer... any recommendations?

My speed definently isnt what it use to be(can barley fc vertex beta on ffr with no lag spikes when I use to AAA it) Any way to build it back up quick other than playing a ****-ton of games?

Lastly is there any higher grading scale other than perfect because frankly a person could get a perfect when i would be a good-great at best in stepmania

Its nice to be playing again!

    ^^No lag spikes.

To get back into your former glory I'm afraid your going to have to play a load of games.

FFR Perfects are much more lenient than Stepmania Marvelous's.

      Re: Back!

I would say play on IE, FF3 lags for me but not a whole lot so I don't care but many people find IE a whole lot better for FFR. Also this game is suppose to be be a bit looser than SM because the whole point is to push up your FC/AAA count and they want this to be fairly easy so you can move on to the harder songs. Also FFR doesn't have many frames so thats' another problem.
