Welcome Thread

I don't know about anyone else but I am getting sick of the same threads in the newbie forum. The ones that are Hey, or Hi, or Sup?, or I'm New, ect. I just feel there are too many of them. So I am opening this thread as a welcoming thread.(Hopefully noobs will see this and not create a new thread) Just post to say hi or something. Even if your now new you can post just to say hi.

Sorry, that will never happen. "Noobs" cannot see anything, but the "new thread" button, and maybe the "Caps Lock" key.

This defeats the purpose of the newbie forum.

New to the FFR community? Introduce yourself to the other players here and feel free to ask questions about the game. Those who mock newbies in this forum will be bitchslapped.

But yeah, this does ruin the point of a newbie subforum. New users should be welcomed individually, not all treated as a generic group of people. The point of a newbie subforum is so that newbies can feel at home in the FFR Forums. A place of accomodation. This thread ruins the point.

We have this forum for a reason. So that new users can introduce themselves. If we didn't have the forum, this thread would be excellent.

to just finalize... yes. as others have said. the POINT of this forum is for new users to make their own thread and introduce themselves, ask any questions they may have, and get a warm and fuzzy welcome from all of you shining and wonderful veteran users.
