You did an FC, but not an AAA.
You can only get the highest score possible if you get full Perfect, no Good. On some songs you might get 100% instead of 99% even if you have done a few Goods because the score will be closer to 100% than 99%.

Yes, Most of the time your score will be 99% unless your close to the AAA
then it will sometimes say 100%
