More than a Top 16

I noticed that in other profiles, there are Top 16 friends list. Others, I see like a Top 20 friends list. How do I make my "top" list expand to make it y'know...make it so that there are more people that can be on my top rather than a "16" limit. Help and assistance please.

This just means that said person has not made a top 16 and has more than 16 friends.
And is this in the right forum?

im pretty sure people with more than 16 have never edited their friends list, so as they add a buddy, it just adds to the friend list and i think you can go up to 40 people before it stops adding on your profile.

But i might be wrong about that.

Nope, either you have a top 16 or you have all your friends on your wall.
