IMO it's getting the highest achievable score on any given song. But for the basic answer, I would say it's hitting all the arrows perfectly. I don't think this specific user needs to worry about the current leaderboards of Death Piano... =P
Pretty sure it's my insurance company. I think the other guys talking about the American Anthropological Association are correct though, since AAA insurance was founded AFTER march 1902? Could be mistaken though.
AAA has no definition. All it means is that your performance on a song (be it on SM, FFR, ITG) is perfect. You have no goods, misses, boos, averages. All you have are perfects. Of course, on ITG and SM, it's different because they use Marvelous.
