No, he has three FCs. For some reason, I thought he already looked at his level ranks.

He just had to look at his level ranks. I looked at them for him. Now you can see it.

Although, it says he has no FCs and a couple AAAs...

Yeah all you pretty much have to do if a FC or AAA hasn't recorded, just view your level ranks, then go back to your profile.

And if you ever win a skill token, refresh the page.

Yeah. It's really weird how only subscribers can get other users' bars to show up.
