I am unable to click the "Go" circle button that I'm am brought to after successfully opeing the FFR game and clicking on multiplayer. I haven't played multiplayer in a long time, so I'm not sure if there's some magic thing to do. What's wrong? What should I do?

Not sure, it works for me.
Have you already tried clearing your cache and updating your flash player?
Edit: Also, does it say you're connected?

That happens to me when I go to my parent's house. I can't click the GO for Multiplayer, and I can't chat in Video Chat or Profile Chat. I know I'm not banned, and you probably aren't either.

During the day I switch routers about every hour because of the classroom-switching. I've never messed with reseting caches and I'm pretty sure I have the required flash player. I've also recently been messing with my network settings a WHOLE lot trying to share my wireless internet that I receive in my laptop to give it to my 360 by ethernet cord.
And no, it doesn't say I'm connected. It just sits there "connecting" forever. wtfI only speak the truthComment
