You take the screenshot using "ctrl+prnt scrn" then you go into something like MS Paint and paste the image in. Save it, upload it to something like photobucket or the FFR Picture gallery, then you link the URL of the image inside [img] tags.

Umm, you don't need to hit ctrl, u can just hit "prnt scrn" cut it to appropriate size, or use the editor in paint to resize it.

or go to edit & paste.

Make sure your on the pencil or paint brush to let the screen appear

Jason818-I'm not too sure what you're talking about, but go to the "skill token" page, then click on one of the songs. You'll get a huge list with all the songs on it.

OMG it's HIM-
1-print screen the page you want
2-ctrl-v onto the paint program
3-on the left hand tools column. on the top right hand, click on the dotted sqaure
4-Outline the specific FFR spot on the page
5-Press ctrl-c
6-open a new paint program
7-ctrl-v
8-Save your pic

This may sound like a lot, but really, it takes about 20 seconds.
