Well there's a couple of choices:
Video Chat where you can chat with others if you have a web cam and stuff. http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/chat.html
Also, on your profile there's a chat if you look towards the right. You should see a little box that where you see others talking and if not, there should be a little rectangle where it says, "open chat" or something similar.
Multiplayer is another choice.
