Is there a way to give credits to other members? If so, how?

Click on R1 like you're about to play a game.
Then, on the Genre Select screen (the one with the wheel) you'll see the FFR Shop.
Click that and you'll see where you can transfer credits. Make sure you spell the name right of the recipient, otherwise the credits will disappear. Also, don't use commas in the numbers - i.e. 10000.
Lastly, don't send any credits to yourself. You'll lose them all.
