    Admins could just check I.P adresses for users and see all of their accounts.

        The text of his ban reads "Get a better username" That implies that while his account was banned because of the name, that he was permitted to come back with a username that wasn't deemed inappropriate, so we can stop the "haha ban evasion" nonsense.
