I read around here that there is a way to assing your own keys, and im pareeeeeety sure its called spread.

uh, any idea on how to do this...?

Actually, if you are going to download a key remapper, I highly recommend the one in this thread:

It works better for FFR and is a lot easier to use.

Or if you still have your down and left keys, you can also use numpad 8 and numpad 6 as up and right.
