Backgrounds

Anyway you can get rid of those annoying and distracting backgrounds?

yup and i shall tell u

ok this is wat u do (stepmania)

start it up, on the red screen part go down to options, go under backrounds then set it from the default one to none(or other cuz i personaly like animations, but they lag a big)

No, there's really nothing that can be done. You can try to dim your screen a bit so the backgrounds aren't as noticeable, but that's about everything.
