During Multiplayer, there are two sides when you are playing.

There is a right side, and a left side.

Which one is your side?

It depends if you made the room or you joined. If you made the room then you're on the left and if you joined then you're on the right.

its weird you use the left arrows but the score at the bottom changes sides depending on who made the room (if the person who made the room leaves it makes things complicated)

Doesn't really matter. You both play the same song and same stepchart, so you'll still be able to play.

Actually, it does matter. Not both sides load at exactly the same time, and you might get distracted if you look at the wrong side, and they miss a note that you were sure that you hit, and then start messing up afterwards.

I'm not in MP that much because of horrid lag, but I think your play screen is always the left side.

The arrows on the right side don't always make it all the way to the top. Plus, whenever I look at that side it messes me up :/
